What we collect on this website

If you submit the demo form, we receive your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, company name and optional message. The form is delivered through FormSubmit to info@ibnbgroup.com.

Servers and the browser may log technical data such as IP address, user agent and pages viewed. This site uses the Google tag for Google Ads to measure which ads lead to visits and demo requests. Google may set cookies and receive technical data such as IP address, browser details, pages viewed and ad-click identifiers. The details you type into the demo form (name, email, phone, company and message) are not sent to Google.

How we use it

We use demo-form data to respond to sales and support requests. We do not sell that form data as a marketing list. We do not publish visitor names as testimonials unless you later give a verified quote.

Sharing

FormSubmit processes the form submission. Hosting providers process logs. WhatsApp or email you initiate is subject to those providers' terms. Google processes the advertising measurement data described above under Google's partner-site terms; you can manage ad personalisation at Google Ad Settings.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry records as long as needed to provide a demo or support, or as required by law. You may email info@ibnbgroup.com to ask for access, correction or deletion of form data we still hold.

Children

TravNex is business software. This site is not directed at children.

This page is a factual website notice, not a substitute for a signed data-processing addendum. Ask for a DPA if you will process traveller personal data in TravNex as a customer.
